Why can we not type Chinese or Korean in European English Districts yet Polish, German, French and all other Europeans can type in their native language in an ENGLISH typing district?

Because its easy to filter out a language that uses diffrent characters.
Most european languages use the same characters as english so apart from banning all foreign words in the dictionary theres not much they can do. |

you can type an oriental language, it's just limited to guild/alliance chat and whispers when in non-asian districts. in international districts you can always type in whatever language you want.
also, oriental languages can't be compared to the european languages you've listed since their different =p they don't share the same type of alphabet (and chinese doesn't even have one) |
